Each room received its own quiet decentralized unit, installed directly in the exterior wall. The units operate completely autonomously with automatic control for humidity and VOCs (air pollution from breathing, cooking, deodorants, among other things). Students do not have to regulate anything themselves: the units continuously provide fresh air. Simple filter maintenance allows the owner to maintain the units easily and quickly, without additional cost or technical knowledge.
