There are strict rules in urban apartments. Outdoor units are prohibited, windows open create noise, and air quality often leaves much to be desired.
In this apartment building, no outdoor units were allowed to be placed on the facade. Therefore, we installed a monoblock air conditioner that operates entirely indoors. This unit provides both cooling in the summer and fresh supply air in the winter, all with the windows closed. The installation complies with the rules of co-ownership and Brussels town planning, so there are no conflicts with neighbors or syndicate. Each room can be controlled separately and maintenance is easy.
